The specimens GIT 760-1, GIT 760-2 and GIT 760-3 were collected from the fallen blocks of limestone at the type locality of Lophosteus, Ohesaare cliff, in Saaremaa Island, Estonia. Acetic acid dissolution and extraction were respectively carried out at the Department of Earth Sciences of Lund University and the Department of Organismal Biology of Uppsala University, Sweden. The scans using propagation phase-contrast synchrotron radiation microtomography (PPC-SRµCT) were performed at beamline ID19 of the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) in Grenoble, France.
